- providers that help us generate and collate reviews in relation to our Services; and/or

We may disclose your data as permitted by law in order to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, violation of our intellectual property rights, cases involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violation of our Terms of Service or other agreements, or as required by law.
5. Children’s Privacy
Our games are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law).
- If we discover we have unintentionally collected data from a child, we will delete it.
- We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without parental consent.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data only as necessary for the purposes for which the data is processed or for legal requirements. We use physical, technical, electronic and procedural measures intended to protect your data from unauthorized processing, including firewalls, data encryption technologies, internal data security protocols and data protection and processing agreements with organizations that receive your personal data from us. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee complete protection.
9. International Data Transfers
We may share your data with our partners in the EU/EEA and outside of it. Where a data transfer outside the EU/EEA is not covered by an EU Commission adequacy decision, we rely on lawful safeguards referred to in Article 46 GDPR. This mainly includes EU Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses.
